HOW TO UPDATE PERSONAL DETAILS

If you are the account holder or an authorised third party, you can request to update your contact details using the form below. Once we receive the form, our team will process your request within 5 business days.

If you are an authorised representative or appointed attorney, please ensure you have registered with us before submitting the form. Find out more HERE.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Once we receive your submission, we will:

    • Acknowledge lodgement and provide you with a tracking reference number.
    • Reachout if we need further details
    • Notify you once the changes have been made
