Would you like someone else to communicate with us on your behalf? To ensure the security of your account, they must first be registered as an Authorised Third Party.
HOW TO APPOINT AN AUTHORISED THIRD PARTY
You can authorise a third party to access your account and communicate with us directly on your behalf by following these steps:
- Get consent - speak with the party to confirm they agree to act on your behalf. Let them know they will be authorising us to keep any personal information they provide confidentially on file. They can review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and store personal information.

Complete the form - You’ll need to complete the Appoint An Authorised Third Party form with the details of the person you’re nominating. You can download this form HERE.
- Upload - After completing the form, you can upload your document using the online form provided below. Once we receive the completed form with all necessary information, we will process your access request within three business days.
WHAT CAN AN AUTHORISED THIRD PARTY DO
When you authorise someone to act on your behalf, it’s important to understand that they will be granted the following powers:

Discuss your account with us to access details such as your outstanding balance, payment history, contract copies, and more.

Negotiate on your behalf, including making legally binding decisions for you.

This access and the powers granted will stay in effect indefinitely until you choose to revoke them (see below).
REMOVING AN AUTHORISED THIRD PARTY
You can revoke third party access and authority to act on your behalf at any time by following the steps below:

Complete the form - To revoke access for a third party, fill out the Revoke An Authorised Third Party form with their details. You can download the form HERE.
- Upload - After completing the form, you can upload your document using the online form provided below. Once we receive the completed form with all necessary information, we will process your request within three business days.
IMPORTANT
Until we accept and process this form, we cannot discuss your account with your nominated representative. Any nomination you submit will stay in effect indefinitely until you give us written notice that it is no longer needed.
