BEFORE YOU START

Payment arrangements are intended for short-term assistance, typically a few payments over several weeks. You can find out more about payment arrangements HERE. If you need more time, applying for financial hardship might be a better option. You can learn more about this HERE.

HOW LONG BEFORE I KNOW THE OUTCOME

We'll get back to you usually the same day, but at the latest the next business day once you have submitted the request.
 

Please keep in mind that it takes at least 1 business day for us to process any updates to your repayment schedule after we accept your request. We’re unable to make same-day changes. If applicable, a fee may be charged for this service, as described in your contract.

IMPORTANT

Please be aware that if you submit your application outside of business hours or during the weekend, our team will review it on the following business day. If you have a repayment due on that day, any approved payment arrangement will only be valid for your NEXT repayment (not the one due on the same day). A processing fee will be charged for any payment arrangement you request as per your contract with us.
