Payment processing times and when to make changes to your account

WHEN DOES PROCESSING OCCUR

Customer repayments are scheduled to be processed overnight and will be automatically sent to our bank for the next banking day. If we don’t hear from you in advance, your scheduled repayment will go ahead as planned and cannot be changed.

WHEN DOES THE BANK PROCESS MY PAYMENT

Please remember that the timing of your payments is managed by your bank, and we don't have control over when they are presented or if they'll be honoured. To avoid any issues like dishonoured payments or extra fees, it's a good idea to assume your payment might be processed on the due date at any time.  We also suggest checking your account to ensure you have enough funds on that day, making the process smoother for you.
 

HOW MUCH TIME IS REQUIRED TO MAKE CHANGES

To defer or alter a payment, please notify us at least one business day prior to the due date by submitting the form available HERE

We will do our best to fulfil your request. However, please make sure to notify us using the provided form within the designated timeframe. If we do not receive your notice on time, we will be unable to complete your request before we start processing. Once we receive your request, we will notify you via email once it has been processed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANNOT NOTIFY YOU IN TIME

If we aren't notified in time, we'll process your repayment as scheduled. Please make sure there are sufficient funds in your account to prevent any payment issues and to avoid the additional fees outlined in your contract.
