# What is a payment arrangement

## Need to temporarily delay or reduce repayments due to unforeseen circumstances.

Payment arrangements allow you to temporarily postpone or reduce your repayments due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

- Delay in receiving your salary or pension
- Unpaid leave from work
- Unexpected essential expenses

These are short-term challenges, and you are confident you will be able to resume your usual repayments soon and catch up on any missed payments.
