Request a  payout figure

Considering paying off your loan? You can do so at any time, and we’re here to assist by providing a payout figure.

REQUIREMENTS

Please fill out the form below to request your loan payout on the date that works best for you. 

PAYOUT DATE

This is the date you plan to pay off your loan. 

HOW YOU INTEND TO PAY

You have a few easy options to settle your account with us. 
 
  • Bank transfer - We'll provide our bank details so you can transfer the funds directly to us.
  • Direct Debit - You can ask us to debit your account on file, making things even more convenient.
  • Call us - Give us a call in advance or on the day, and you can pay with a card over the phone.
Please remember, if you choose to pay by card, a card processing fee will apply, as outlined in our agreement with you.
 

PAYOUT LETTER

We'll let you know through SMS or email once your loan is paid out. If you need a payout letter for a bank or financial institution, please just acknowledge that below.

IMPORTANT

 

Your payout figure may change if there are pending transactions, dishonoured payments, charges, or interest rate changes after we provide the figure.

If the full payment isn’t received by the date listed in the payout letter, the required amount may be adjusted. In such cases, you will need to request an updated payout figure.
