Once you've filled out and submitted this form, we'll get back to you by email with our banking details and easy instructions for making your bank transfer. 

We provide bank transfer options so you can make lump-sum payments towards your loan at your convenience. As your contract states, regular repayments should be made through DDR, but any bank transfers you make will be applied to the end of your loan (unless you're in arrears). These payments help shorten your loan term and reduce interest and fees, giving you more flexibility and control over your repayment plan.

Please give us at least one business day to process your request, and then you'll receive instructions on how to make bank transfers. Keep in mind that, if applicable, a fee might be charged for each transfer as outlined in your contract. Bank transfers usually take up to three business days to appear in your account. During this period, if you have a regular repayment due, it will be processed using your existing DDR authority. Any bank transfers you make will generally will be applied to the end of your loan. However, if your account is in arrears, the funds will first be used to cover your arrears before being applied to the end of your loan.
