The balance shown on a statement is for information and tracking purposes. It is not always the same as a payout amount, which we need to supply separately if you want to pay the loan off early. To request a payout, go HERE.

Please note that processing your request typically takes at least 1 business day after submission. Your statement balance may change if there are pending transactions, dishonoured payments, charges, or interest rate adjustments after we generate the PDF report. If applicable, a fee might be applied for this service, as outlined in your contract.
