The form below is for changing your bank details. If an existing form better addresses your irequest the help desk team will reply and guide you to fill out the correct form, which may delay their response time to your request.
- Account Holder Name - Provide details exactly as they appear on your bank statement.

Processing Time - Direct debit requests may take up to 5 business days to be processed.

Regular Repayments - Your scheduled direct debit payments will proceed as planned, regardless of any extra manual payments you make to your account.
- Account Ownership - We only accept bank accounts that are in your name or joint accounts that include your name.
