MAKING CHANGES

You can update or modify your DDR authority with your card issued by Mastercard, Visa or American Express by filling out the form below. If you need to change your repayment day, frequency, or amount, please use the form found HERE.

IMPORTANT 

The form below is for changing your card details. If an existing form better addresses your irequest the help desk team will reply and guide you to fill out the correct form, which may delay their response time to your request. 

  • Card Holder Name - Provide details exactly as they appear on your card.

  • Processing Time - Direct debit requests may take up to 5 business days to be processed.

  • Regular Repayments - Your scheduled direct debit payments will proceed as planned, regardless of any extra manual payments you make to your account.

  • Account Ownership - We only accept cards that are in your name or joint accounts that include your name.
