Financial Hardship application.
 

HOW LONG BEFORE I KNOW THE OUTCOME

We'll get back to you within 5–7 business days after receiving your application if we need any more information. You'll hear about the outcome of your application within 21 days of submitting it.
 

IMPORTANT

The form below is for applying for financial hardship. The form below is for changing your bank details. If an existing form better addresses your irequest the help desk team will reply and guide you to fill out the correct form, which may delay their response time to your request. 

Please be aware that failing to submit your application along with all required supporting documents will prevent our team from assessing your hardship variation request. In such cases, normal collection efforts will proceed until you establish an arrangement with us.

To prevent delays in the assessment process, it is crucial that you provide all necessary information.
